Return & refund policy
Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully regarding returns, damages, and refunds for international orders.
1. Shipping Insurance (Recommended)
To protect your purchase against damage, loss, or theft during international transit, buyers are highly encouraged to opt for Shipping Insurance during checkout or when finalizing the order via email.
Insured Orders: If an insured package is lost or arrives damaged, we will handle the claim with the carrier and immediately issue you a full refund or a free replacement.
Uninsured Orders: For orders shipped without insurance, our liability is limited. While we pack all fragile glass items with premium protective materials, we cannot be held responsible for carrier mishandling or delivery failure if insurance was declined.
2. Damaged or Broken Items
If your insured item arrives damaged or broken during transit, you do not need to ship the item back to Indonesia.
Action Required: Please email us at upayaprayaindonesia@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Proof Required: You must provide clear photos or a short video of the damaged glass item, the shipping label, and the condition of the exterior box.
Resolution: Upon verification of the insurance claim, we will issue a full refund for the item or ship a replacement.
3. Order Cancellations & Change of Mind
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for a change of mind or if the incorrect size/variant was selected, due to the high cost of international return freight and import customs duties.
4. Lost or Delayed Shipments
For insured shipments confirmed lost by the carrier, we will issue a full refund or dispatch a replacement at no extra cost.
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by destination customs clearance checks or local postal issues.
5. Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
